Our goal is to deliver your purchase as quickly as possible. If the merchandise is in stock, we will ship your order out the next business day. During holidays and sale events, all orders have a processing time of 2-5 business days.
If your selection does not entirely meet your satisfaction, we will gladly exchange or refund your purchase for STORE CREDIT ONLY, within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. For all eligible returns, customers are responsible for shipping charges.

If the merchandise is in stock and your order is placed by 3:00 PM in your local time zone, it will be ready for pickup that day.

Your order confirmation will provide you with a "HELD TIME" date. If your order isn't picked up within the provided seven-day timeframe. Your order will be canceled, A 20% RESTOCKING FEE will be charged and your account will be issued a refund.
