FAQ

How long is shipping time ?

Our goal is to ship your purchase as quickly as possible. All orders have a processing time of 2-3 business days if the merchandise is in stock. During holiday and sales events, orders will have a minimum processing time of 5-10 business days.

If Ihave a pre-order that also contains in-stock items. Can I have the in-stock items ship early?

Yes, we’ll ship the in-stock items first and then ship your pre-ordered items as they become available in our store.

How long do we have to wait for pre-order items?

Pre-purchased products will be billed upon checkout and sent out once they are in stock. Customers may cancel their order before it is shipped. The typical delivery timeframe is usually 4-6 weeks.

Do you ship to Canada?

GST & DUTY:
Shipments to Canada may be subject to GST, Duty, and any other fees levied by the country, province or carrier. Unless specifically exempted, the customer will be responsible for these fees upon delivery.

Please note, A&S Decor World will not be responsible for shipping delays due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as delays due to severe weather, natural disasters or strikes.

How do I return or exchange an item?

All RETURNS AND EXCHANGE must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the PURCHASE DATE. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

  • Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
  • IN STORE RETURNS: We do not accept return/exchange without original receipt.
  • Gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.
  • Customer is responsible for shipping charges.
