SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Our goal is to ship your purchase as quickly as possible. All orders have a processing time of 2-3 business days if the merchandise is in stock. During holiday and sales events, orders will have a minimum processing time of 5-10 business days.
Yes, we’ll ship the in-stock items first and then ship your pre-ordered items as they become available in our store.
Pre-ordered items are charged at checkout and shipped when they become available. Cancel any time before being shipped. Estimated delivery is 2-3 weeks.
GST & DUTY:
Shipments to Canada may be subject to GST, Duty, and any other fees levied by the country, province or carrier. Unless specifically exempted, the customer will be responsible for these fees upon delivery.
Please note, A&S Decor World will not be responsible for shipping delays due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as delays due to severe weather, natural disasters or strikes.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All RETURNS AND EXCHANGE must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the PURCHASE DATE. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Please Note
- A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returns in excess of $150
- Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
- IN STORE RETURNS: We do not accept return/exchange without original receipt.
- Gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.
