Returns & Exchanges

If your selection does not entirely meet your satisfaction, we will gladly exchange or refund your purchase, exclusive of delivery charges and any discounts applied, within 30 days from the date of purchase. The item(s) you wish to return or exchange must be unused, undamaged, in the original packaging. Items bought from the brand's website or flagship store cannot be returned at our location.

Facebook & Instagram Orders

Create an account on ourdecorworld.com using the email associated with your Facebook/Instagram account. Once an account is created, you will be able to find your order information, including tracking. This information is not available through Facebook or Instagram.

If you wish to return or exchange your item, please log into your ourdecorworld.com account to find your order number (#****-A&S) or check your Facebook/Instagram receipt for the “Seller order number”. You can visit our returns and refunds portal ourdecorworld.com/returns, using your above order number to quickly process your request.

In-Store Orders

A&S Decor World gladly accepts returns, in the country where purchased, of unused, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased in our retail store for Store Credit or Exchange within 15 days of original purchase. Requests for store credit or exchange of merchandise purchased by cash must be accompanied by the original receipt. Requests to exchange merchandise received as a gift must be accompanied by a gift receipt. All personalized or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
